Maintenance plans
Two check-ups a year — one before summer, one before winter. We catch the small stuff before it strands you on the hottest or coldest day.
Maintenance plans
Most breakdowns give a warning. We're the ones who catch it.
A dirty coil, a weak capacitor, a low charge — these don't fail on a mild day. They fail in July at 4pm. A twice-a-year tune-up is how you stay off that list.
Plan members also get priority scheduling when it's busy and a break on repairs. Keeping up with maintenance also protects most manufacturer warranties.
What it costs: Plan pricing is being finalized for Hawkins residential customers. Call (325) 692-3645 for current pricing and what's included.

- A written summary of anything we found
- Priority scheduling for plan members
- A discount on any repairs you do need

FAQ
Questions we hear a lot
How many visits do I get a year?
Two — a cooling check in spring and a heating check in fall. That's the rhythm that keeps a system healthy in our climate.
What does a plan cost?
We're finalizing our Hawkins residential tiers. Call (325) 692-3645 and we'll tell you the current price and exactly what's included.
Does maintenance really prevent breakdowns?
It catches most of them. It also keeps your energy bill down and protects your manufacturer warranty, which usually requires yearly service.
Do I need to be home?
Ideally yes, so we can show you what we find. We can work around your schedule either way.
